This three-year programme is designed to give students a thorough grounding in all aspects of quantity surveying, including legal and contractual knowledge, cost estimation and analysis, as well as value management and sustainability.

Quantity surveyors are involved in cost, financial and contract management of construction projects, from inception to demolition and/or deconstruction, to deliver the best value to clients. With the increasing demand for quantity surveyors across the globe, our BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying course provides you with the opportunity for an exciting career in the construction industry. This degree is crafted to equip you with core knowledge and skills required of quantity surveyors in the industry underpinned with an understanding of contracts and construction methodology to establish, plan, manage and report on cost related aspects of construction projects.
