This course will provide you with the knowledge and expertise to add value to organisations. Open to students from all academic backgrounds, this CIPD accredited course is designed to give you a thorough grounding in the world of HR. It will help you to develop the specialist skills youll need to progress to HR management (HRM) roles, or to take the next step in your current HR career. Adding value Strong HRM can make a real difference to organisations. Whether you already work in HR and want to become professionally qualified, or you're looking to move into the field, well help you to achieve your ambition. You can choose to study a PgDip or the full MSc, whichever suits your commitments and motivations. On this course youll cover the essentials of HR, including employment law, diversity and inclusion and contemporary areas such as HR analytics. If you complete the full MSc, youll also complete a project where youll investigate a contemporary HRM issue of your choice. MSc: 1 year full-time PgDip: 9 months full-time
