Course summary

This Master of Research represents a unique opportunity for students to conduct a substantial research project in the area of Speech & Language Sciences undertaken over one year. This will prepare them well for their dissertation, which represents a significant component of the course. The MRes is suitable for recent graduates, who wish to advance their research skills in the field as well as candidates, who wish to consider subsequent PhD studies. MRes students will be supported by two supervisors throughout their studies. The Strathclyde Doctoral School provides a vibrant and comprehensive student-centred research and training environment in order to grow and support current and future research talent.
