Our Management in Hospitality (Top-Up) course will enable you to rapidly develop a wide range of professional and academic skills which will prepare you to excel as a manager in the fast-growing hospitality industry. Youll explore key elements of the industry and youll learn how to take an analytical approach to talent management, applied research and service quality. On this fast-track course you can top up your foundation degree or HND to a full BA (Hons) degree in just one year. Often studying in small classes along with other final year students, youll get to enjoy the full undergraduate experience and take advantage of all the facilities our University has to offer.
