Over four years of study you will take a range of courses from both the Law School and the School of Social and Political Science. The joint LLB in Law and Sociology aims to promote advanced knowledge and understanding of the theory, concepts and rules of law.You will also gain an awareness of how individual choices are affected by wider social forces, and how they can be understood by placing them in their own social context. Through an analysis of the patterns and structures in human relationships, you will be encouraged to see the world through the eyes of other people.
