Explore the physical processes that govern the natural environment at a university that’s internationally recognised for our expertise in global warming. Climate change, sustainability and geohazards – they’re some of the biggest challenges of our time and you’ll work with our expert team of academics and researchers to learn about the complex natural and human processes affecting the planet.You’ll study a mix of physical and human geography on this Royal Geographical Society-accredited degree – with the option to specialise as you progress – and put theory into practice far beyond the classroom on field work and residential trips to locations like Almeria, Tenerife and Iceland.We take a hands-on approach to learning and you’ll also broaden your horizons with a year of study at one of our partner universities across Europe, Asia, North America, or Australia, gaining new skills, building international contacts, and immersing yourself in a different culture and environment.
