Build your academic knowledge

This four-year route will help you gain a deeper understanding of the philosophy, policy and practice of education while building your academic skills.Studying at university can be challenging but that’s the beauty of this course. It includes an introductory year to build your academic knowledge, skills and confidence.Alongside building your academic writing, research and presentation skills, in the first introductory year you’ll take modules from the BA (Hons) Education and BA (Hons) Primary Teaching degrees.
