Complete your computing studies with our one-year top-up degree. If you have previously studied a HND or foundation degree in computing this programme will enable you to ‘top-up’ your existing skills and qualifications into a full honours degree. This top-up degree starts each September and is awarded by the University of Surrey.

Being a graduate with proficient computing skills could open up opportunities in a diverse range of careers in different sectors. At Farnborough, you will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in an IT working environment. Not only will you develop skills specific to IT but our course provides opportunities for you to develop behaviours for work, for example by undertaking a group project, or responding to a client brief. Learning in our dedicated IT suites, you will build on your existing knowledge of theory while developing essential critical and analytical skills. During this course you will expand your computing skills, exploring topics such as artificial intelligence, networking, systems integration and cyber security.
