Course TopicsGiven the fast pace of change, this course explores a wide range of future-facing challenges. You’ll begin by exploring the foundations of business management, studying business models from a broad variety of sectors. You’ll also discover how to champion environmental, social and ethical practices – examining the future challenges posed by cultural, digital and technological change. As the course progresses, you’ll be introduced to psychological principles, learning how to apply these in a business management context. You’ll examine what drives us, from brain physiology to social groups, as well as our individual differences in personality and motivation.Through this, you’ll learn how to understand and support teams, building a brand culture where everyone can thrive – both as individuals and as a team. You’ll also learn how to nurture resilience within yourself, becoming a confident leader who’s able to influence others and drive change.
